We whipped up a few bumpers to advertise our involvement with the Frankfort Ave. Trolley Hop and The Monkey Wrench.
We had a video display of the previous episodes
of the Greenhouse Arts Podcast in each venue.  It was a pretty rockin'.  If you didn't know, Louisville has a strong and varied musical scene.
  Anyway, this clip features Whiplash the cowboy monkey. 

On October 27, we are proud to feature the first showing of the work of Jina Hardy, an incredibly talented local artist. Also that evening, we'll be partying in our back garden, so if you're in the Louisville area, you should come down and check us out. This video showcases some of Jina's work set to the music of Ultra Pulverize, one of Louisville's favorite bands. Jina's work will be on display during the month of November at the Monkey Wrench, so if you miss our show on October 27, be sure to stop by there and take a look at her collection. Our featured artist for the month of March was Damon Thompson. The music for this video is by Louisville's Zero Element.

This month's show features several post graffiti artists. The music is local artist Soul.

This episode features mixed media artist Beau Blake. Beau is one of the artists featured for the month of July. The show is titled "Between Realities". The music is Synestesia a four-membered death metal band from Pori, Finland, founded in year 2001. The song is titled Lajinsa Viimeinen from their album Aikamme orjat. Don't forget to leave us comments. We've never received hate mail before so. . .

Our July show features the photography of Lonnie Trent. Lonnie is a Kentucky native whose passions include Apple computers, photography, and Apple computers. His work will be displayed at both the Monkey Wrench and Maido. Please see the previous post for the addresses.

Dennis Waddell was our featured artist for the month of June.  His show was a smashing success.  His art will be on display at the Monkey Wrench and Miado through the second week in August 2006.

In our first episode of The Greenhouse Arts Podcast we have a video featuring the music of Stonewheel.  The subjects are the 14 artists who showed here in May.   The theme was "Drawing as Thinking".  We are a Louisville, KY art collaboration. 
The Greenhouse Arts Project is a creative experiment comprising a laboratory, living space, studio, and gallery. We plan to explore the boundaries of creativity and spirituality through 24 monthly shows documenting the processes involved in creating, presenting, and enjoying art. After our two years are up, we will have created, at least, a culmination of our work and a new beginning from which to move forward.
